· Attend meeting and liase with clients and consultants in the administration of projects.
· Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to calculate project quantity
· Prepare various building contracts, piling contracts & nominated subcontracts & contract formalization
· Measure & take off quantities for structural & architectural work elements
Responsible for quotation, comparison
· To manage pre and post contract administration in term of costing, claims, variation orders, final accounts & evaluation of progress claims
· Prepare variation orders, interim valuations
· Administer subcontracts on quotation, tenders, budgets, costing, payments, variation orders, extension of time, final accounts
· Any other duties not mentioned above as assigned by the company
· Degree or Diploma in Building/ Quantity Surveying or equivalent qualification
· Minimum 5 years working experience for both prep & post contract in building construction field
· Individual of the highest caliber who are confident, driven & with excellent interpersonal skills
