Job Description
Prospecting and Cold Calling:
- Identify and reach out to potential clients through cold calling and other lead generation activities.
- Educate prospects on our range of services and solutions, highlighting their benefits and value propositions.
Appointment Setting:
- Collaborate with internal marketing and sales teams to identify qualified leads and set up appointments with potential prospects.
- Coordinate schedules and logistics to ensure smooth and timely appointments.
Client Relationship Management:
- Establish and nurture relationships with new clients, understanding their needs and proposing tailored solutions.
- Cross-sell and upsell additional services to existing clients based on their evolving business requirements.
Market and Competitor Analysis:
- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Job Requirements
- Proven track record in B2B sales, with experience in key account management preferred.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
