Sales & Operations Administrator

Huasing Construction & Trading Pte Ltd

  1. Handling of customer enquries.
  2. Prepare and manage essential documents such as quotations, contracts, and invoices.
  3. Generate daily reports.
  4. Assist with scheduling and coordinating for deliveries of goods.
  5. Purchase, renew, and monitor insurance and certificates.
  6. Procurement of parts when required.
  7. Be responsible for any other duties that may be assigned to you from time to time as the superior/ management deem fit.
