Logistics & Admin Executive

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the end-to-end process of order fulfilment for various sales platforms
  • Responsible for logistic administration including data entry into system, ensure data accuracy and issuance of Purchase Order
  • Maintenance of records of procurement, sales activities and business contracts using warehouse management system
  • Handle client queries and resolve issues related to orders, shipments or returns
  • Coordinate with suppliers, logistics partners and internal teams to manage inventory levels and stock replenishment
  • Reviewing operations procedures and plans for process improvements
  • Ensure compliance with company policy, industry regulations and quality standards
  • Maintained and managed data for periodic metric reporting to Management
  • Perform any adhoc tasks as assigned

Requirements

  • Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or Business Administration
  • At least 3 years of relevant working experience in fulfilment and logistics role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and warehouse management system
  • Meticulous, analytical with strong organizational skills
  • Proactive with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
