Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end process of order fulfilment for various sales platforms
- Responsible for logistic administration including data entry into system, ensure data accuracy and issuance of Purchase Order
- Maintenance of records of procurement, sales activities and business contracts using warehouse management system
- Handle client queries and resolve issues related to orders, shipments or returns
- Coordinate with suppliers, logistics partners and internal teams to manage inventory levels and stock replenishment
- Reviewing operations procedures and plans for process improvements
- Ensure compliance with company policy, industry regulations and quality standards
- Maintained and managed data for periodic metric reporting to Management
- Perform any adhoc tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or Business Administration
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience in fulfilment and logistics role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and warehouse management system
- Meticulous, analytical with strong organizational skills
- Proactive with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
