R&D Process Manager - FCGBA

• Develop and execute production plans and schedules aligned with the company's annual operating objectives.


• Oversee production conditions and standardization processes for FCBGA manufacturing.


• Ensure product quality and stability by reducing manufacturing variations and implementing quality improvements.


• Identify and implement process optimizations to enhance production quality and yield.


• Manage and optimize production process conditions and settings, including resin, laser, electrolytic copper plating, desmear/electroless plating, circuit formation, AOI, SR, contour processing, surface treatment, soldering, and inspection equipment.


• Lead productivity improvement activities, including standardization, work procedure revisions, and automation of process checks to address capacity constraints.


• Select and evaluate materials used in production, as well as set up and assess process and inspection equipment.


• Implement changes to production processes as needed.


• Standardize technical and work standards, including FMEA and control plans.


• Drive cost reduction initiatives and validate and implement roadmaps for design rules and new materials.


• Respond to technical meetings with customers to address and resolve issues.



Job Requirements


Professional Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent qualifications and experience.

• At least 5 years of experience in semiconductor process or production technical roles.


Specialized Knowledge & Skills:

• Knowledge of semiconductors and understanding of customer requirements.

• Basic understanding of chemistry, electrical systems, and machinery.

• Experience in quality and productivity activities on production lines is desirable.

• Familiarity with measurement, analysis, and reliability assessment tools is preferred.

• Basic knowledge of substrate manufacturing processes is desirable.

• Ability to address and resolve problems of moderate to complex difficulty.

• Ability to comprehend and respond to customer needs effectively.

• Skill in planning and executing projects with strong project management capabilities.
