Job Summary:
We’re looking for Pet Companion Specialist to join our passionate team. The ideal candidate should be a results-driven individual with a passion for sales, Well organized, high sense of responsibility, customer-service oriented and patient with both pets and people.

Serangoon Garden or Sungei Tengah
Job Requirements
- Sales motivated
- Must have basic knowledge of dog breeds
- Able to handle puppies of all sizes
- Knowledge of basic grooming and basic dog care.
- Have a huge passionate for animals
- Willing to work 6 days a week
- Able to work on weekends and public holidays
- At least 1 year experience in puppies sales
Duties and Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day business operations
- In-charge of sales and wellbeing of puppies
- Daily checking of skin and health of the puppies
- Prepares daily reports of puppy’s sales transactions
- Perform general housekeeping to maintain a safe and hygienic environment of kennel and sales area.
- Daily updating of social media platform
- Responsible for photo/video taking of puppies and uploading to social media
- Responsible for grooming of puppies
- After sales follow up with customers on conditions of the puppies sold
- Build and maintain excellent relationships with clients and business partners
- Achieve sales target set by management
- Resolves issues, returns and other post-sale transactions
- Responsible for sending/fetching of puppies to/from vet clinics, if needed
- Monthly submission of form and sales record to AVS
- Addressing and resolving customer’s complaints in a professional manner
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned
