Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets in compliance with local regulations.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including design, construction, and procurement, to ensure project alignment.
- Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to identify potential challenges and develop mitigation strategies.
- Prepare and present technical documentation, reports, and updates for stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular updates to management and clients.
- Ensure compliance with Singaporean industry regulations, safety standards, and quality assurance processes.
- Facilitate effective communication between clients, contractors, and internal teams.
- Troubleshoot and resolve engineering issues as they arise.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field).
- years of relevant experience in project engineering or similar roles.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
- Proficiency in engineering and project management software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD).
- Strong understanding of Singaporean regulations and standards in engineering and construction.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
