Responsibilities
- Content Development & Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive social media content tha aligns with overall marketing objectives and business goals. Create and manage a content calendar (atleast 3 posts per week) on individual Tiktok.
- Campaign Execution: Plan and execute social media campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. Coordinate with marketing teams to develop compelling visuals and copy.
- Community Management: Monitor and engage with the online community, and respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner across all social media platforms.
- Analytics and Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics using social media analytics and native insights. Use data to inform and optimize future strategies.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay current with trends, platform updates, and best practices. Identify new opportunities and propose innovative ideas to keep the brand relevant and ahead of the competition.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, and marketing specialists, to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts.
- Generating leads and cold calling to get appointments with potential clients.
- Attending face to face client meeting to understand business needs and consultatively pitch our solutions.
- Consult with prospect about business challenges and requirements with analysis of costs and benefits.
- Build and enhance relationship with clients to grow portfolio.
- Report on sales activity on a weekly basis.
- Other general admin duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Hunter mentality and a “no fear” approach to prospecting corporate clients.
- A strong work ethic, positive attitude and genuine desire to learn.
- Candidates with no experience are welcome to apply as training will be provided.
- Candidates with prior experience in related fields can be considered for senior position.
