Responsibilities:
- Delegating responsibilities and supervising business operations.
- Lead project team in day-today operations.
- Monitor project budget
- Liaise with consultants, main contractors, clients and relevant authorities
- Chair and attend site meetings.
- Establishing and achieving business and profit objectives.
- Oversee quality control and safety and health matters on-site
- Resolve any or other site related technical problems encountered.
- Other duties to ensure the overall health and success of the business.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or related field.
- At least 7 years relevant experience.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
- Time and project management skills.
- Ability to interface with internal and external customers
- Able to deliver in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure.
