- Design, develop, and implement training and development initiatives based on the organization's needs.
- Formulate comprehensive training plans and schedules.
- Conduct assessments to identify learning needs and adapt training approaches to meet desired outcomes and cater to various learning styles.
- Analyze existing training programs and recommend improvements or develop new programs to enhance effectiveness and efficiency.
- Conceptualize, create, test, and review training materials tailored to specific training needs.
- Ensure all training materials are up-to-date and relevant.
- Engage and manage relationships with external vendors and resources for instructional technology and support.
- Organize and maintain comprehensive training documentation and administration systems.
- Ensure efficient storage, retrieval, and utilization of training information and data.
- Coordinate training sessions and monitor attendance and schedules to ensure smooth operation.
- Maintain detailed records of training activities and outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with team members, trainers, and management to facilitate training processes.
- Provide regular updates and feedback to stakeholders.
- Evaluate employees’ skills, performance, and productivity to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to address these areas and enhance overall performance.
- Organize and oversee in-house training sessions to ensure effective knowledge transfer and skill development.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in education, business, human resources, information technology, or related field
- Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel), and instructional software
- Experience with technologies and best practices for instructional manuals and teaching platforms
- Strict adherence to company philosophy/mission statement/ goals
- Strong project management skills with the ability to supervise multiple projects
- Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management
- Organized and able to create multiple timelines, budgets, and schedules
- 5 days work week
