We are looking for a dedicated Sales Support Specialist to join our team. This role is perfect for someone with a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for logistics and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive support to the sales team, assisting with quotations, pricing, and proposal preparation.
- Coordinate closely with operations to ensure smooth handling of client shipments and address any service issues.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, contracts, and sales activities.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and follow up on leads to support the sales pipeline.
- Assist with managing customer accounts, keeping them informed on shipment progress and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure client needs are met and resolve any service-related challenges.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a sales support or customer service role, ideally within freight forwarding or logistics.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with CRM or freight management systems is a plus.
- A proactive and team-oriented attitude, with the ability to work independently when required.
