Location: Redhill
Duration: 1 year contract
Working hours: 8.30am to 6.00pm (Mon to Fri)
Salary: $2700 + incentives (Up to $2300)
Responsibilities:
· Follow up and convert motor insurance renewals for existing and new customers.
· Cross-sell other general insurance products to customers.
· Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure a positive customer experience.
· Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
· Maintain accurate records of sales activity and customer interactions in the Salesforce system.
· Stay up to date with product knowledge, market trends, and industry regulations.
· Other ad hoc duties asssigned
Requirements
· Minimum Diploma in any field with at least 1-2 years’ Motor insurance experience with other General insurance products knowledge
· Candidates who possess BCP, PGI, HI or ComGI will have added advantage
· Proficient in Microsoft Office
