1. To assist Superior or Project Manager to Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion.
2. Overseeing building progress and enforcing safety regulations at construction sites and submitting building permits to the proper authorities
3. Attending & Hosting all the relevant as well as required meeting.
4. Troubleshooting and resolving technical problems that arise during the construction process
5. Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.
6. Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations.
7. Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractor.
8. Support Construction Planning & Construction Methodology.
9. Meet contractual conditions of performance.
10. Review the work progress on daily basis.
11. Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status.
12. Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones.
13. Analyse, manage and mitigate risks.
14. Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.
15. Sincere and reliable co-work with other project teammates.
16. Highlight to the project manager or director of any comment received.
17. Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
