Responsibilities:
- Assist the CEO and Director in responding to customer emails.
- Support sales by generating and following up on business leads.
- Identify potential clients and reach out with business proposals.
- Follow-up on inquiries via email and phone calls.
- Help with client acquisition and retention by understanding customer needs.
- Collaborate with the Sales Support team in a fast-paced environment to execute sales tasks.
- Technical knowledge of telecommunication equipment or IT is an added advantage.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and answering phone calls.
- Must be driven, resourceful, and able to work well in a team.
- Must have a willingness to learn and provide support.
- No specific technical skills required.
Other Criteria:
- Diploma in electrical or electronics is a plus.
