Job Description
- Responsible for developing a marketing strategy, channel Strategy, Content Strategy, conversion planning, and content and campaign ideation for the relevant program areas
- Work closely with the Sales team in optimizing and evolving the brand marketing communications and presence on digital platforms
- Devising strategies to drive online traffic to the company website
- Utilize online analytics tools to track campaigns and measure performance
- Plan and conduct training sessions to build competency level in digital marketing as required
- Possess experience in identifying target audiences, devising, and implementing digital campaigns that inform, engage, and influence
- Good grasp of current digital Marketing tools and strategies, keen interest in the latest trends, and ability to provide insights and make recommendations based on best practices of digital Marketing
- Manage both offline and online business segments
- Data analysis and implementation actions to optimize online commercial performance
Job Requirements
- Candidates with strong business networks will be an advantage
- Hands-on and solid experience with the full spectrum of digital Marketing
- Very familiar with all the existing Chinese platforms
- A strong leader who demonstrates how to achieve results in the shortest time possible
- Good command of English & Chinese (working closely with the English & Chinese-speaking Sales team to optimize and evolve the brand's marketing communications and presence on digital platforms.)
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Marketing or equivalent
- At least 3 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Required Skill(s): Proficient SEO, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Social & E-commerce platforms
- Able to start work immediately or within a short notice
