Field Service Technician / Biomedical Technician (Laboratory & Diagnostics)

We are looking for a highly motivated & detail-orientated Field Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring our lab and diagnostic equipment runs smoothly and efficiently at customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site installations, trainings and follow comprehensive testing procedures to verify equipment is operating safely and correctly.
• Provide expert troubleshooting and repair support, assisting both customers and field service teams to resolve technical issues quickly and effectively.
• Conduct assigned service tasks and maintenance on schedule, ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting sales targets.
• Upkeep of service tools & facilities compliance on regulations, licensing requirement and standard issued by the statutory body etc.
• Generate timely & accurate reports and documentation

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma/Advance Diploma within science field – Applied Physics/Biomedical/ Electronic/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Good knowledge in repair, preventive maintenance & testing, commissioning methodologies and instruments. Experience with laboratory or diagnostic equipment is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Must possess own car. Able to travel throughout Klang-valley and Outstation.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
