- Be the technical expert of InsiderSecurity solutions for our users
- Achieve customer success by understanding user requirements and supporting users to achieve strong cybersecurity with our solutions
- Advise customers on the deployment architecture and best practices for our products
- Deploy and configure our solutions in customer data centers or cloud environments
- Develop and configure use cases to meet user's needs
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues
- Support the sales team by conducting technical sales demos and answering technical inquiries during sales
- Serve as the interface between users and our product engineering teams. This is an excellent role to gain experience and insight into the cybersecurity industry
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science or Computing
- Some experience in Python or other high-level languages
- Familiarity with system administration (e.g., Windows, Linux, AWS) is a plus
- Experience in bash scripting is a plus
- Previous experience as a customer success engineer or application field engineer is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative team setting
- Must be a Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident
