- Course Organization and Implementation (Key contact point):
- Assist course organizers in preparation of course proposals for Centre Director’s approval
- Assist as CHPT liaison with invited speakers and course trainers regarding course details, speaker logistics and social arrangements (where applicable)
- Assist course organizers to plan and execute course organization, including, but not limited to Publicity; registration;
- Management of queries;Course logistics (venue, refreshments, course materials, course certificates, AV requirements, etc.) and Management of course feedback & 3-month post-course feedback
- Develop, implement and adhere to course planning and implementation timelines
- Achieve minimum course attendance and full cost recovery for each course organized
- General administration and day to day support:
Provide timely and regular updates to Centre Director (collation of data, slides preparation) on centre’s progress - Prepare end of course reports to update course organizer and Centre Director which includes, but not limited to, the following: Participants’ profiles/Analysis of course feedback/Learning points AND Recommendations
- Submit end of course reports within 1 month after each course run
Requirements:
- Education: Min. A Level / Higher Nitec / Diploma.
- Good with Excel and other MS Office applications
- Working Location: Kent Ridge & Alexandra
- Working Hour: Mon to Thur: 8.30am to 6pm and Fri: 8.30pm to 5.30pm
- The salary range will be up to $2400 depending on the working experience.
- Able to do contract (3+3) 6 months contract - to cover maternity
