- Position Title: Electronic Repair Technician (Aviation)
- Working Location: Seletar – Nearest MRT: Khatib
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30 am – 5.45 pm (May need to work Saturdays depending on duty)
- Salary Package: Up to $2700
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Regularly inspect, test, and troubleshoot avionics systems, including radar, navigation, communication, and flight control systems, ensuring they function correctly and comply with safety standards.
- Use specialized diagnostic tools and software to identify electronic malfunctions or system failures, isolating faults to efficiently carry out repairs.
- Conduct repairs, replacements, and adjustments to aircraft electronic systems such as autopilot, radio systems, GPS, and onboard computers.
- Install new electronic equipment or upgrades, such as advanced communication systems, navigation aids, or flight control systems, ensuring they integrate properly with existing aircraft systems.
- Inspect and repair aircraft wiring, ensuring proper electrical connections and shielding to prevent system failures or electrical fires.
- Calibrate, test, and adjust avionics instruments and sensors, ensuring the accuracy of crucial systems like altimeters, airspeed indicators, and flight data recorders.
- Log all diagnostic tests, repairs, installations, and inspections accurately in the aircraft's maintenance records to ensure compliance with aviation regulations and company policies.
- Follow all relevant aviation safety regulations, including FAA, EASA, or local aviation authority guidelines, ensuring all electronic systems meet strict airworthiness and operational standards.
- Ensure that avionics systems are running the latest software versions by performing regular updates and troubleshooting new software issues that may arise.
- Monitor and maintain the integrity of the aircraft’s electrical power supply to avionics systems, ensuring uninterrupted power flow and system reliability.
- Conduct post-maintenance checks to verify that repairs have been completed properly and the aircraft is ready for flight.

- Min. a Diploma in Aerospace Engineering or related
- Min. of one (1) year of relevant work experience
- Training provided for candidates with no experience
- Candidates with CAAS Aircraft Maintenance Certificate Preferred
