Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals to drive engagement and brand awareness
- Create, curate, and manage engaging content (text, images, videos) for social media channels
- Plan, execute, and monitor paid social media campaigns to meet targeted business outcomes such as lead generation and conversions
- Track key metrics using analytics tools to evaluate the success of social media campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly
- Actively engage with followers, respond to comments, messages, and inquiries, and foster a positive community around the brand
- Ensure all content and messaging are consistent with the brand’s tone, voice, and identity across all platforms
- Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to continuously enhance strategies
- Work with internal teams, such as marketing, design, and sales, to align social media activities with broader marketing efforts
- Identify and collaborate with influencers, bloggers, and key partners to increase brand visibility
- Manage social media budgets, ensuring that spending aligns with business objectives and delivers a high return on investment
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma and above
- Ability to create engaging and creative content, with strong copywriting skills and basic graphic design proficiency
- Experience using social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social) to monitor performance and make data-driven decisions
- Knowledge of setting up and optimizing paid social media ads and campaigns across various platforms
- A strong awareness of current social media trends, best practices, and emerging platforms to keep strategies updated
