JOB DESCRIPTION
- Assist in managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments for executives and team members
- Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and presentations as requested
- Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence, and route them to the appropriate personnel
- Maintain an organized filing system for important documents and records
- Collect, analyze, and organize data to support decision-making and reporting
- Create and maintain databases, spreadsheets, and reports for various departments
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by regularly updating and verifying information
- Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of various projects, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by responding to requests in a timely and professional manner
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Diploma and above
- Proven experience in an administrative or support role, preferably in a business environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
