Role – Centre Manager (Kallang Wave Mall)
As Nullspace’s Centre Manager, you are our first point of contact with our current and prospective customers. You play a crucial role in providing course enquiry and enrolment support to our students and their parents. You will also be responsible for planning and optimising our instructor schedule for our training centre classes.
Course Enrolment
- Handle any course enquiries via WhatsApp, email, and phone calls.
- Provide course consultation and customer service to prospective and existing parents.
- Ensure prompt follow-up and closure for all enquiries within 1 working day.
- Maintain proper book-keeping of student registrations.
Manpower Operations
- Plan and manage our course instructors for classes at our training centres.
- Analyse class enrolment data and work with senior management to optimise class schedule and instructor schedule.
Work Arrangement (onsite):
- 4 Weekdays, 10am to 6pm
- Sunday, 1pm to 6pm
- Kallang Wave Mall
Qualifications and Requirements
Applicant must be able to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment and should enjoy customer service.
- 1-3 years of working experience in communications or administrative support roles.
- Background in education/school/private enrichment enrolment preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Must have good organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Must possess a pleasant personality, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to learn and collaborate with the larger team.
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English.
