1. Job Description:
- Plan, and implement public relations programs.
- Build long-term relationships with all customers, stakeholders etc.
- Respond to any questions and needs of customers in the outlet.
- Mentor and coach junior staff to maintain standards of the outlet and form deep lasting relationships with customers.
- Be the main point of contact with customers for reservations and regularly inform them of the latest promotions available
2. Requirements:
- Proven working experience in public relations is required.
- Possess good communication skill.
- Overtime work is required.
