Roles and Responsibilities:-
- Uplift the existing Administrative, Human Resources, Finance and/or Logistics aspect of the company.
- Assist in Human Resource-related responsibilities, such as Time & Attendance, Claims, Employee Records, On-boarding and other day-to-day tasks assigned by the Directors.
- Assist in Accounts Receivable duties such as maintaining and following up for the Outstanding Payment list, Invoice creation and liaising with the Sales Team to obtain Invoice payment from customers.
- Maintain the structure of accurate records of inventory and warranty of our product offerings, both hardware and software. Maintain company's organization chart and admin-related documentations and records, such as preparing letter of offer, confirmation, increment & promotion, etc.
- Appreciate the initiative to continuously improve the company’s standard operation procedures (S.O.P), system and structure as well as the welfare of the company.
- Periodically assist Sales Team on administrative tasks (Sales Pipeline, Commission calculation, etc).
Requirement:-
- Diploma / Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year experience
- Good understanding of the HR practices including Employment Act
- Good organisational skills with ability to carry out analytical and coordination work
- Good working attitude & self-driven
- Able to work in a fast – paced environment
- Good communication skills (written & verbal) and able to interact with people at all levels
- Proficient Microsoft Office applications
- Able to work independently in a fast pace environment.
