Responsibilities:
- Define project scope, identify the goals and deliverables, timeline of the ERP project.
- Lead, coordinate and align among Finance, Procurement, Ops, IT etc. departments.
- Provide regular updates, manage risks and issues.
- Manage deployment, cutover, data migration, change management and performance monitoring.
- Ensure proper training, handover and documentation provided.
Requirements:
- Experience in ERP implementation consists of Finance, Procurement, Inventory, CRM and LMS modules.
- Well-versed in organizational processes, technical knowledge, project management and interpersonal skills.
- Skill in analyzing business processes and identifying areas for improvement.
- 10 years relevant experience in leading ERP projects with a degree in IT.
