Job Description
- Full spectrum of talent acquisition processes including but not limited to liaising with recruitment agencies, hiring managers and candidates, ensure recruitment documents are in order, job posting, screening of CVs, interview arrangement, etc.
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing employment contracts, conducting orientation sessions, and coordinating exit interviews.
- Manage day-to-day HR activities, including maintaining employee records and preparing HR-related documents.
- Reviewing employee timesheets to ensure accuracy and completeness which involves checking for correct clock-in and out and overtime hours. Comparing timesheets against the system clock in/out and update the system to reflect the correct information.
- Managing for CoreTrade Certification for foreign worker levy concession.
- Facilitate sourcing of new courses, processing training applications and ensure approval before submission.
- Responsible for work pass applications
- Administer Leave, deductions and claims for workers.
Requirements for Position
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Familiar with MOM regulations and HR practices
- Experience in payroll implementation will be an added advantage
Qualifications and Experience
- Education: Minimum a Diploma in Human Resource or related discipline.
- Experience: 3 years of proven experience in construction industry
