We are seeking a highly skilled and execution-oriented Director of Sales and Marketing
to lead our growth initiatives. Based in Singapore, this strategic role focuses on driving sales and marketing efforts for new ventures, while establishing and streamlining marketing functions across the entire group.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the sales and marketing strategy for our new international school and education programmes in Singapore.
- Establish a digital marketing department to integrate digital tools into the overall group’s marketing efforts.
- Align and streamline sales and marketing functions across the Stalford Education Group.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive brand awareness and student enrollment.
- Monitor market trends and ensure strategies align with the group’s growth objectives.
Qualifications:
- MBA, bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience in marketing, sales, or business development.
- Proven expertise in digital marketing and track record in driving successful campaigns.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
