- Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviews, and collaboration with hiring managers.
- Improve onboarding and offboarding for a positive employee experience, coordinating with teams for seamless transitions.
- Handle payroll processes, including wages and deductions, ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining attention to detail.
- Update HR policies and procedures to comply with employment laws and data privacy standards.
- Manage HR data and analytics, generate reports for decision-making, and enhance HR processes for efficiency while overseeing office supplies.
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources Management or Business Administration,
- At least 6 years of HR generalist experience, preferably in E-Commerce or Tech sector.
- Experience in recruitment and handling employee relations, including resolving conflicts.
- Strong understanding of HRIS, payroll, benefits, and compliance, along with knowledge of local employment laws.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
