Job Summary:
- 5 days’ work week (9.00am – 6.00pm)
- UP to S$4,300
- Location: North (Ang Mo Kio)
Job Responsibilities:
- Regularly visit client sites (shipyards, ports, etc.) to strengthen relationships with key stakeholders.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and fostering trust.
- Present our vessel repair services, including new capabilities, technologies, and service improvements during client visits.
- Understand client needs and propose solutions to meet their specific requirements.
- Serve as the liaison between the company and clients, ensuring timely and professional communication.
- Coordinate with internal teams to address client needs and feedback.
- Organize meetings with clients and stakeholders to explore opportunities for additional services, such as maintenance contracts or upgrades.
- Build strong relationships to support future business growth.
- Develop PR strategies and content tailored to client needs, showcasing the company’s services and expertise.
- Create materials for press releases, case studies, and other communications.
- Manage the company’s social media accounts by sharing updates on successful projects, innovations, and company news.
- Highlight client successes and company milestones to enhance our online presence.
- Assist with ad hoc tasks related to client relations, PR, and business development as needed.
Job Requirement:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage with senior stakeholders and clients.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of vessel repair services, maritime operations, or a related technical field is a plus.
- Willingness to travel frequently to client sites as needed.
