Responsibilities:
- To establish, develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with a portfolio of assigned clients.
- To collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and achieved.
- To identify and develop new business opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services to existing customers.
- To create and implement account plans and strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- To track account performance and report on key metrics.
- To serve as primary point of contact for clients, addressing their expectations, needs, issues, and requests promptly and professionally.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma, preferably in IT related field.
- Minimum 2-years of relevant working experience (IT, account management).
- Excellent interpersonal, organization, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Positive mindset, result-oriented, prominent level of initiative and integrity.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with business fundamentals.
