Responsibilities and Duties
• Performs service, maintenance, installation and repair for various security surveillance systems such as CCTV, Biometric and Card Access Reader, Burglar Alarm, Turnstile and etc.
• Efficient in laying of cabling, piping and trunking.
• Evaluate, diagnose, troubleshoot and perform repairs whenever system breakdown at Clients’ premises.
• Ability to write simple service notes after servicing whenever required.
• Ability to read and understand technical manuals in order to diagnose and repair equipment / systems.
• Responsible for reading and understanding technical drawings, assigned project documentation and determining if any additional information is needed.
• Exhibit effective customer service skills by consistently communicating with customers, colleagues to ensure complete customer satisfaction experience.
• Initiative to learn or impart skills to other colleagues in order to achieve business objectives.
• Attending relevant training classes whenever required.
• Ensure inventory in vehicles is sufficient to cater to day-to-day operational needs
