Job Description:
- Maintain accurate records of all inbound and outbound deliveries within the warehouse and data center environment.
- Conduct routine inventory audits to ensure warehouse stock levels align with control requirements.
- Manage the movement and organization of equipment and materials using pallet jacks or other assisted lifting tools.
- Operate within a ticket-based system to manage and prioritize warehouse and logistics tasks.
- Oversee the secure handling and disposal of materials, including data-bearing devices (e.g., hard drives, solid-state drives), according to standard procedures.
- Perform material movement and tracking activities, including shipping, receiving, and managing inventory across the warehouse.
- Carry out shift-based tasks such as managing ticket queues, resolving escalations, and clearing issues to enable efficient logistics and inventory activities in line with company policies and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Flexibility to work outside standard business hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, IT, or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience in Logistics, Warehouse Operations, or Inventory Management, for Data Centers.
- WSQ Manage Work at Height Course
- Ability to handle standing, walking, lifting, and working at heights, with or without equipment assistance.
- Effective communication skills with proficiency in both written and spoken English, for collaborating with regional and global teams.
