Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement in Europe, North America, and South America.
- Manage the marketing team, including recruitment, training, and supervision, ensuring team performance targets are met.
- Collaborate with channel partners to enhance campaign effectiveness and ensure brand message consistency.
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, event planning, and other promotional activities.
- Oversee and participate in on-the-ground marketing efforts in different regions to maintain consistent brand exposure.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to optimize marketing strategies.
- Develop and manage the marketing budget to maximize ROI and resource efficiency.
- Produce detailed marketing reports to track campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing; experience in the gaming or entertainment industry is a plus.
- Proven success in developing and executing marketing campaigns for international markets, particularly in Europe and South America.
- Fluent in English (primary working language).
- Knowledge of Portuguese is an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel frequently and adapt to diverse work environments.
- Experience managing multicultural teams and working in a diverse environment.
- Familiarity with digital marketing, content creation, and analytics tools and platforms.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to adapt to market changes and emerging trends.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in iGaming or online gaming marketing.
- Proven experience in building and managing an internal marketing team.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance and marketing practices in Europe and South America.
