Job Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound sales calls to existing groups of customers to sell products/services by following prepared scripts (not cold calling)
- Build relationships with customers over the phone on the long-term basis
- Follow-up on sales leads (from tele-marketing or other channels) to generate sales
- Order Processing via Inbound Calls
- Consignment Ordering and administrative follow up
Job Requirements
- Customer Service Oriented/ Sales Coordinator experience preferred
