Temporary Sales Admin Assistant
With opportunity to convert to Permanent (depending on business needs)
Job Description:
- Preparation of documents (e.g. order processing, verifying payment, delivery orders).
- Liaise with various stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery.
- Data entry and maintenance of database.
- Maintain and update sales records and ensure files are backed up.
- Assist in new IMS (Inventory Management System) Implementation.
- Provide administrative support to sales team.
- Assist in monthly sales closing.
Job Requirements:
- Min. Higher Nitec in any discipline.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite.
- Experience in data entry is preferred.
