Working Hours: Mon-Thurs (9am-6.30pm) Fri (9.30am-6.30pm)
Job Description:
- Procurement of adhoc small value items, including stationery, food catering, bus bookings.
- Help to process applications for financial assistance and related schemes for students from low-income families.
- Follow up with parents on outstanding bills on a monthly basis.
- Update leave and medical leave on the staff movement board.
- Record keeping–e.g. utilities and telecommunications
- Attend to walk-in visitors (parents, vendors, etc) and students requiring assistance at the General Office.
- Attend to sick and injured students.
- Answering telephone calls and directing the calls to relevant staff.
- Attend to incoming parcels and school emails.
- Any other duties as and when assigned by the school.
Requirement:
- GCE ‘O’ Level Certificate or its equivalent, in the English-medium.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Able to work well under pressure and maintain a positive attitude even when under stress.
- A pleasant personality and a team player with good inter-personal skills.
- An independent worker with initiative.
- Has an eye for details, and has good organization and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially in Word and Excel.
