Job duties:
- Assist in collecting, compiling, and analyzing statistical returns concerning cases requiring out-of-home care placement.
- Collaborate in reviewing the current frameworks and work processes related to the placement and reunification of residents in the out-of-home care sector.
- Assist in conducting research, evaluation, and literature review to identify trends and analyze data on the profile of types of cases in the out-of-home care sector.
- Assist in conducting on-site assurance checks of agencies.
- Work closely with staff, stakeholders, and community partners to understand the needs of children and vulnerable adults requiring out-of-home care.
- Liaise with foster parents and out-of-home care agencies to identify placement options for children requiring foster care.
- Write referrals to agencies.
