- Location is at Tao Payoh
- Working hours:
- Monday – Friday: 8.30am – 5.30pm / 9am – 6pm ,
- Alternate Sat: 8.30am – 12.30pm / 9am – 1pm
- Attend to general utilities and account-related enquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Provide timely and accurate responses to customer questions, comments and feedback to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all customer interactions
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
