Job Scope
- Key player within one or more Supply Chain functions including materials, production, inventory, logistics, demand management and order fulfilment.
- Order fulfilment management for local and some key clients
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators, such as fill rate and days of inventory and forecast accuracy.
- Act as an intermediary between customer and multiple departments including sales, procurement, planning, quality control, regulatory, production and warehouse/logistics department to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Utilizing a collaborative and consensus approach through Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) data by working with Sales, Marketing and Customer to obtain accurate information in sales forecasts
- Key member for Monthly Operations, Pre-S&OP and Weekly ASF meetings.
- Back up for Demand Planning Lead.
- Leads or assists in continuously improvement projects and interacts with stakeholders to enable project outcomes.
- Present data findings and deep business insights to various levels of management
Requirement
- Min Degree in any discipline with at least 2 years’ experience in supply chain
- Responsible, responsive & committed
- Attention to details & organized
- Good interpersonal skills, customer oriented and a team player
- Proficient with Microsoft Office & SAP ERP
