CUSTOMER SERVICE

B & H Trading Pte Ltd

Responsibilities:

· Handling and preparation of shipping documents (eg: delivery order / billing of lading, arrival notice, tax

invoice and others)

· Perform customs import permit declaration.

· Liaise & co-ordinate with overseas agents / customers / haulers / warehouse to ensure smooth delivery

of shipments.

· Arranging import/export shipments for customers

· Liaise with air/sea freight co-loaders, shipping lines, transporters to ensure timely delivery of customer's

shipment to various destinations

· Others shipping documentation related responsibilities

· Ensure Work processes on Customer’s shipment handling requirements are continuously administered

and updated
