Our client is an Automotive Industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Customer Service Executive to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the West.
Job Responsibilities
- Support frontline operations to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Perform administrative tasks, including job card creation, invoicing, and warranty billings.
- Engage with customers regarding vehicle servicing, repairs, and test drives.
- Manage & build positive relationships with both internal teams and customers.
- Coordinate with the Parts department and workshop to ensure timely vehicle completion.
- Assist in preparing quotations (repair and accident).
- Any other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Min Diploma in Business Administration / Public relations or equivalent
- Min 2 years’ relevant working experience
