Location: Toa Payoh
Working hours: Mon-Thurs (9am-6.30pm) Fri (9.30am-6.30pm)
Responsibilities
- Procurement of adhoc small value items, including stationery, food catering, bus bookings. Help to process applications for financial assistance and related schemes for students from low-income
- families.
- Follow up with parents on outstanding bills on a monthly basis.
- Update leave and medical leave on the staff movement board.
- Record keeping – e.g. utilities and telecommuniations
- Attend to walk-in visitors (parents, vendors, etc) and students requiring assistance at the General Office.
- Attend to sick and injured students
- Answering telephone calls and directing the calls to relevant staff.
- Attend to incoming parcels and school emails
- Any other duties as and when assigned by the school
Requirements
- Possess reevant working experience
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially in Word and Excel.
- Has an eye for details, and has good organisation and time management skills.
