Location: Bedok
Responsibilities
- Monitor and track project schedules and claim submission dates; ensure timely submission of relevant documents
- Liaise with institutions/research offices on submission of claims and supporting documents such as payslips, accounting system records, manpower listing and supplier invoices
- Check that forms are correctly filled and certified by relevant parties
- Verify accuracy of claims
- Filing of all relevant documents onto e-records system
- Supporting preparation for grant calls
- Assist in ad-hoc tasks as required
Requirements
- Diploma in Accounting/Finance
- Min. 2 years of relevant experience
- Experience in audit/compliance/finance or research grant administration will be preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft office application
- Responsible and meticulous
