Manage the PES escalation process.
- Work closely with the RPA support team pertaining to the functionality of Pre-Employment Screening Robotic Process Application (“PESRPA”). Ensuring the bot is running smoothly and informing RPA Support Team of any technical issues faced on a timely basis.
- Identify potential risks associated with a candidate’s criminal history/ adverse records and provide findings to Stakeholders to make more informed hiring decisions and reduce potential risks associated with the hiring process.
- Guide, advise, and support stakeholders in addressing disposition of escalated matters pertaining to PES.
- Ensure all evidence of the screenings conducted are collated and filed /archived accurately.
- Ensure all emails on the screening outcome are archived electronically.
- Manage PES billing matters.
- Promptly escalate significant matters to the Team Lead as needed.
Production Order
- Manage MAS POs ensuring requirements are met. Respond promptly to any followup requests or inquiries from MAS regarding the information provided in response to the POs.
- Handle MAS POs including but not limited to liaising with the Production Unit in ensuring requested information are provided in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date and confidential records of all POs escalated by Production Unit in the PO database for MIS report purpose.
