Job Description

  • Manage daily administrative operations related to sales inquiries and services (via phone, email, or in-person).
  • Organize and conduct in-person tours for prospective members or respond to membership inquiries.
  • Collaborate with the Finance Department to ensure accurate reconciliation of membership and financial reports.
  • Process membership applications, including supporting documents and payments, ensuring high accuracy for submission to Finance and Management.
  • Foster and build relationships within the Club, identifying new sales opportunities among existing and potential members.
  • Work closely with the team to drive sales growth, increase membership revenue, and enhance the overall quality of membership services and engagement.
  • Assist with operational and monthly sales reports, as well as update forms, Standard Operating Procedures (S.O.P.), and policies related to membership when necessary.
  • Participate in rotating membership inquiry duties during weekdays, and once per weekend or as assigned.
  • Oversee all aspects of event planning, including financing and administrative duties, ensuring deadlines are met and budgets are adhered to for membership events and trips.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with internal departments, external vendors, and suppliers.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and proactive with a strong focus on efficiency.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills for dealing with both employees and members.
  • Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage urgent tasks.
  • Able to perform well under pressure and effectively handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrate a positive learning attitude and work effectively as a team player under tight deadlines.
  • Willing to work a five-day workweek with rotating weekend duties, including events and public holiday.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Forms, EMS, and related software.
  • Position and incentives will be based on job skills, work performance, and experience, with incentives tied to meeting the team’s monthly KPIs.
