This role is reporting to General Manager of International Sales
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee and operational in the Order to Cash (OTC) process
- Take a lead in the sales support division with assisting in quotation, sales enquiries etc within the International Business Department
- Uphold SOP processes and standard
- Provide support in export operations, processes & documentations
- Provide support the International Business Department in Admin matters and controls
Job Requirement:
- With Diploma in Business Administration or relevant discipline is preferred.
- Experience in preparing data sets for management reporting and internal controls is preferred
- With relevant working experience in manufacturing industry is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Table, Data Analysis Tool)
