Responsibilities:
• Maintain financial records and ensure accuracy of data and information
• Prepare full set of financial statements including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Oversee all accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, project accounting and inventory accounting.
• Ensuring all supporting schedules are accurately maintained and documented
• Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and standards
• In charge and oversee for GST filing and other statutory filings
• Help to develop and maintain accounting policies and procedures where necessary
• Liaise with external auditor, tax agent and authorities
• Handle other regional office accounts
• Handle other ad-hoc financial and accounting tasks as and when required
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, ACCA or equivalent
• At least 2 to 3 years of relevant working experience in financial report
• Strong understanding of Singapore accounting regulations and standards
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
