Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of primary Sales Business Unit, and support assigned secondary Sales Business Unit.
- Establishes prospects within defined business segment
- Sales forecast and planning
- To participate and contribute to planning and meeting both long term and short-term business plan goals at both a strategic and tactical level
- To analyze targeted market segments for opportunities and work with functional teams on strategic projects to win new business
- Develops personal customer relationships with prospective accounts to influence opportunities.
- Research competition and develop customer-specific technical sales strategies
- Responsible for sales turnover through product specifying into target projects through Consultants, Architects or Developers
- Responsible for customers’ technical needs assessment and analysis
- Anchor design and product recommendation to customers
- Support system proposal development, and proposal delivery to customers
- Work closely with various departments to develop winning technical offers, as well as to participates in the preparation of bid responses based on system designs and project specification
- Provides basic training and presentation about products and system solutions to clients
- Provide technical support at construction field, including on-site technical discussions, on-site installation demonstrations, etc.
Job Requirements:
- Experience in Coating/Construction Industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Powerpoint
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written

Education and Certification:
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Engineering or equivalent
