Job Overview:
The Senior Associate Data Scientist will support the Process Development (PD) group at the Drug Substance Manufacturing Facility in Singapore, with the following responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Support the design and development of data pipelines to extract, transform, and load data for digital technology transfer solutions.
- Support digital systems and applications (e.g., Spotfire visualizations, R-Shiny applications, databricks infrastructure, Product Lifecycle Management) to provide insights through the integration of multiple data sources.
- Build automated dashboards and visualizations for Continued Process Verification.
- Collaborate with representatives from other functions and sites to support process investigation and improvement.
- Organize and conduct meetings; actively generate and present data/conclusions at internal team and cross-functional meetings.
- Analyze process data using tools such as Excel, Minitab, JMP, and SIMCA.
- Verify data in technical reports, spreadsheets, and regulatory filings.
- Author technical protocols or reports for experimental studies; conduct technical and product impact assessments for commercial support of deviations/change controls.
Basic Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree and 1+ year of directly related experience OR
- Bachelor’s Degree and 2+ years of directly related experience.
Relevant Experience:
- Relevant work experience in the commercial manufacturing environment within the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industries.
- Experience in regulated environments (e.g., cGMP) is required.
