Responsibilities:
• Manage teams of sales supervisors and representatives.
• Plan and execute sales penetration and promotion campaigns
• To train sales representatives on sales techniques and accompany new representatives on sales calls in order to mentor them, according to Pharmaceutical Products.
• Supervise medical reps on the field to develop and improve selling skills
• Analyse market situation to support business decisions
• Coordinate with marketing department to facilitate implementation of marketing plans
• Ensure team budgets and goals are achieved through effective motivation and coaching
• To hold regional meetings in which they articulate the regional plan of action regarding sales.
• To keep up-to-date on the latest pharmaceutical products in order to have a sense of where these products should be marketed and in order to also effectively train representatives on how to promote products.
• Report to management on the sales performance
Requirement:
• Bachelor Degree or Diploma, preferably in pharmacy/ pharmaceutical/ biomedical sciences/ business-related studies
• Minimum 5 years working experience in pharmaceutical industry in sales
• A commercially acute and customer-focused individual with a solid sales track record
• Strong communication, interpersonal and leadership skill to drive the sales force
• Good in database management and knowledge in using Microsoft Excel
• Ability to foster strong business relationships
• Must possess own transportation and be willing to travel
